Outdoor Commercial Venue Music Complaint

Citation Issued - Close SR. Received multiple complaints regarding heavily amplified music in this area (1500 block of 7th....7th and Comal, etc.) Went to location, walked the area and established that the origin of the loud amplified music was Reviere at 1501 E7th. Took several sound readings, established the amplified music level was well beyond a legal, or even reasonable level. A citation was issued to the property which will be filed under this service request number. All other similar calls for service regarding this issue will be closed as duplicates and reference this event for prosecution of violation of city ordinance.
