CLOSED · #26-00307966Inspection Performed - Close SR. Investigated complaint at 1108 E 5th (Fair Market and Patio) for loud outdoor music. At arrival took readings with city issued equipment. No amplified music or sound noted. Street noise only. A group of worker was collecting and loading a large quantity of folding chairs from the outdoor patio while I was present. I did not observe any sources of amplification (speakers, etc) on the patio so either they had already been broken down or music was broadcast from inside the structure. No violations observed at scene. CLOSE SR.
