Concrete Blocks for blocking entrance to Rangoon Road off E. 51st street. Center block has been moved, therefore allowing illegal dumping again. A pile of bagged trash that I reported 9 days ago was removed from the park, though, (THANK YOU!!!), so it may have been Austin Resource Recovery who did not put the bollard/block back.

ILLEGAL BUSINESS. Why is the city allowing this ????? Put it to an end. Lady bird lake rentals Austin at the holiday inn. Profiting off a public dock. They don’t follow any rules. Selling beer. Here’s a picture of their STAFF BOATING THEM!!!!! Please stop them.
