- Lamar between 29th and 24th. Can we have APD ready to catch the thugs racing on Lamar every night? My family and I hear people literally drag racing nightly on this stretch. Someone is going to get hit and will be killed from this activity. It needs to stop. Are we just going to let drag racing happen nightly on Lamar in a 30mph zone?
