Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. Thank you for contacting the Austin Transportation and Public Works Department regarding the left turn lane on S Pleasant Valley Rd that leads vehicles into an exit only driveway for the Town Lake Apartments. I will be submitting a work order to our Signs and Markings Division (SMD) to close off this left turn lane using pavement markings and removing the left turn arrows. We are hoping this will discourage drivers from turning into the exit driveway.
