Description

Second Noise complaint: Following up on a previous one. Again this apartment community has done nothing about this lady who is clearly unstable. She is now screaming in her apartment and through the hallways. We were woken up at 4 am today with her uncontrollably screaming. This is enough, someone needs to do something about this and get this person some help!
