Contacted - Provided Information - Close SR. I reached out to the caller and this was not a Austin Build Connect portal issue. The caller just need to be assigned to the permits and have the project connected. That has to be done via webform and speaking to the Building and Trade Contractor services team. I walked the customer thru to the chat feature, explained their hrs and how to schedule an appointment on their website.
