- Concrete Blocks for blocking entrance to Rangoon Road off E. 51st street. Center block has been moved, therefore allowing illegal dumping again. A pile of bagged trash that I reported 9 days ago was removed from the park, though, (THANK YOU!!!), so it may have been Austin Resource Recovery who did not put the bollard/block back.
