- The left turn signal going south on South first turning left onto stasney, is far too short, but also it turns green before the light turns green for people to go straight. And because of a ginormous grass median in the middle of the road right there only about 3 cars are able to be in the left turn lane. So with a very short turn signal that starts before the cars can go straight and move out of the way to allow more people to turn left, it makes that left turn signal basically useless.

Completed. Looking at the average weekly data for the AM peak in INRIX it shows that the southbound left has the highest delay. I tweaked vehicle detection for the southbound left because i saw a few cycles where it did not serve and thought it could do better from what I saw when I got in the ITS+ camera. Timing might need some help for the left turn.
