- Homeless Encampment on the side of mopac on the Scofield exit right across from HEB on parmer/ mopac. Tents and garbage littering the street. Called it in last week and it was scheduled for cleanup by the homeless department on the 14th but the city failed to clean it up and now it’s getting larger by the day…
