Referred to Other Agency - Close SR. Informed Parks dept about the issue, but unfortunately this is not a violation of the water conservation code. No rules currently exist about irrigating during rain, so unable to enforce code. Athletic fields are allowed to irrigate off watering schedule for health and safety concerns.
