- Water conservation - neighbors have had a leaking pipe for well over two weeks and refuse to fix it. After storm today, a 2 foot manhole opened up in my front yard. They need their water shut off as it is impacting my property and is extremely wasteful. I’m trying to put my house on the market in the next few days and this is a huge concern
