Summary: Investigation Details: Upon investigation, there is no blockage or obstruction to the storm drain infrastructure located at 4101 Santiago St that would cause flooding. The flow line and right of way located at 4101 Santiago St is owned and maintained by the Texas Department of Transportation. The vegetation and the flowline don't seem to be maintained that is causing the flooding. Please transfer this service to Texas Department of Transportation. (see photos in attachments).
