Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Signal timings have been drastically affected by the broken pedestrian push buttons which causes a minimum service in each direction greater than required for vehicles. We are aware of the issue and it is on our list for repair, at which point, the timing will be able to rotate freely to approaches with heavier vehicular demand.
