Watr Rooftop Lounge at 1 Hotel emmits rooftop sound & bass that hits 24th-fl high-rise units directly. Vibrates interior walls/windows from 7PM nonstop. Violates Austin Code Ch. 9-2 structural vibration rule at any hour. Request Sound Enforcement measure low-frequency dBC from street & factor in altitude projection. Venue must install proper sound deadening material
