- Excessive rooftop bass coming from Watr at 1 Hotel physically vibrating walls/windows throughout my entire apt on the 24th floor of The Quincy. Violates Austin Code Ch.9-2 structural vibration rule. DbC measurements need to be adjusted upward for high altitude projection. The venue is empty also no reason for this volume.
