- Photos show these parked vehicles do not allow traffic entering the street until on coming traffic moves causing traffic to back up onto 183. Traffic on 183 is moving fast and can cause accidents if traffic is backed up due to vehicles blocking on coming traffic. There should be no parking signs posted to keep from blocking traffic.
