Someone on the 7th floor is playing there music really loud, I ya in the corner above Lamar. LOUD!!!!! It’s not 10 am either and it’s definitely above 100 decibels

There are 4 street lights in a row out on Escarpment going southbound. It’s particularly concerning since it creates a very dark patch where a green belt comes up to the road which creates an unsafe situation for joggers. The approximate location coordinates are (30.2165304, -97.8748185)

Loud music with heavy bass being played that can be heard through multiple walls. This is not the first time it has happened. Currently 4:38 am.
