vehicle is still obstructing and illegally parked in our permitted valet lane. Citation was issued but vehicle remains parked 3hrs past our operating hours as posted pending tow away due to printer technical issue. I was instructed by the parking enforcement officer to submit a new service request if the vehicle remained in the valet for a longer period.
